Allium Jasmine displays star-shaped white flowers that brighten borders and floral arrangements. It blooms from June to August in the plains and from July to September in hilly regions. For elegant summer color, plant bulbs between February and April in the plains or March and May in the hills.
Environment
Grow Allium in a range of light conditions, from dappled shade to nearly full sun.
These bulbs are resilient and can tolerate poor, dry soils, though they thrive in well-drained soil with regular watering during the growing season.
For optimum growth, plant Iris bulbs in garden soil with good drainage and protect from harsh afternoon sun. It is essential to ensure that the soil is well-draining to prevent waterlogged conditions, which can be damaging for Allium bulbs. Aim for a slightly acidic to neutral soil pH, and plant bulbs at a depth of 5-8 inches, spacing them 6-12 inches apart. Remember that the depth of planting should be twice the size of the bulb. If your soil is heavy or compacted, consider mixing in organic matter to improve drainage.
Moderate watering is best for Alliums - water the bulbs after planting and maintain regular watering during the growing season, allowing the soil to dry out between waterings. Applying a layer of mulch around.
Landscape Use
The Allium 'Jasmine' will make a stunning addition to any garden bed, flower border, or container. Its vibrant, small, violet-purple flowers and striking globose inflorescence will capture the attention of any passionate gardener or flower lover.
