🌿 Buying Plants Online in India – FAQsIs it safe to buy plants online in India?
Yes. At myBageecha, live plants are carefully packed using protective sleeves, moisture-retaining media, and sturdy corrugated boxes to ensure safe transit. Plants are shipped directly from nurseries so they arrive healthy and ready to grow.
How are live plants packed and delivered?
Plants are shipped in nursery pots with protective packaging that secures the root ball and prevents soil movement during transport. Trusted courier partners deliver the package safely to your doorstep across India.
Will plants survive courier shipping?
Yes. Plants are resilient and store energy in their roots. Even if they appear slightly stressed after travel, they usually recover quickly once planted and watered according to the care instructions.
Which plants are best for beginners?
Beginner-friendly plants include easy varieties such as
easy indoor foliage plants,
hardy decorative cactus varieties,
low-maintenance starter bonsai trees,
and resilient succulent plants for beginners.
These plants require minimal care and adapt well to indoor environments.
How long does plant delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days. Delivery time depends on your location and courier service but typically takes 3–7 days across most cities in India.

What do the water and sun icons below the product mean?
The icons indicate the minimum water and sunlight requirement for the plant. They do not represent ideal conditions. Detailed growing instructions are available inside each product page under the Care Instruction tab.
How do I understand the care needed for your products?
Each product page has two tabs — Description and Care Instruction. Click on the Care Instruction tab for detailed guidance on watering, sunlight, soil, and maintenance.
How will my plants arrive?
Images on our website are for illustrative purposes and usually show mature plants in bloom. Since we deal with live plants, seasonal and weather conditions affect appearance. Plants may look smaller or less flowering upon arrival — this is natural.
Mail-order plants store their energy in the roots. Once planted and cared for properly, they establish quickly and grow into strong, healthy plants. Follow the care instructions provided and your garden will thrive.
Do your plants come with pots?
All plants (except orchids) are shipped in plastic nursery pots. The potting mix contains coco peat, perlite, and vermiculite for healthy root growth.
Do all plants come with flowers?
Flowering depends on season and plant maturity. While we try to send budding plants when possible, flowering cannot be guaranteed as it is a natural process.
Do you customize moss frames?
Yes, we offer customization as per your requirements. Please contact us for details.
🛒 Ordering & Account
Do I need to register to place an order?
No, registration is not mandatory. However, creating an account allows you to track orders and view order history easily.
How do I create an account?
Add a product to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will see an option to register as a new customer. Enter your details and create a username and password. We do not store credit card information.
Can I change my order information?
You can email us at support@mybageecha.com or call +91-9724549420 before the order is shipped. Once shipped, order details cannot be modified.
Will I receive all ordered items together?
myBageecha is a marketplace with vendors across India. If products are sourced from different vendors, they may arrive separately. Tracking details for each shipment are shared via email and SMS.

How do you ship the products?
Orders are shipped via trusted courier partners such as Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Speed Post.
What kind of packaging is used?
All products are packed securely in 3–5 ply corrugated boxes to ensure safe transit.
Do you ship across India?
Yes, we deliver to all serviceable cities across India.
Do you deliver internationally?
Currently, we ship only within India.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available in most serviceable locations through our courier partners.

---🔁 Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Do I get a replacement if my item is damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or does not survive transit, please contact us immediately with photos. We will replace the item free of cost under our guarantee. In most cases, damaged plants need not be returned.
Can I return a product?
If the product received matches the description and images, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer. If the item is damaged or incorrect, we will arrange a free pickup.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are processed within 4–5 working days after approval.

Do you provide gardening services?
Currently, myBageecha is a product-based platform and does not offer on-site gardening services. However, we are happy to guide you with plant care advice.
