Gomphrena QIS Orange
Description
Gomphrena QIS Orange is an excellent cut flower that boasts bold, vibrant orange globes of flower petals, measuring 2.5 to 4 cm, that sit atop sturdy 50-60 cm stems. It keeps its color when dried, with long, 2' stems and large blooms of an unusual, striking color. One tough little plant, Gomphrena takes whatever nature slings at it—extreme heat, humidity, insect, and disease pressure—and shrugs it off! This variety is bright crimson and one of the best.
Also known as globe amaranth and Rio Grande globe amaranth.
