Innovative Ideas to decorate and make your Bedroom Nature Friendly!

Looking for some innovative ideas for making your bedroom look nature friendly and vibrant? These cost effective & vibrant plants with a touch of decor is all you will need! Not only plants make your shelves look brighter and colourful, they also produce oxygen, and naturally filter air pollutants. Indoor plants are known to boost your mood, enhance your creativity & reduce your stress levels. You could say they’re quite the multi-taskers. Get started with myBageecha’s recommendations on indoor plants and decor. What are you waiting for?

1) Indoor Air Purifier Plants :

In Chinese philosophy, Feng Shui, it is believed that plants play an integral part in bringing health and positive energy home. NASA learned is that there are many different houseplants that can help to purify the air.

The plants filter out certain harmful compounds in the air and make it much healthier to breathe. The good news for you is that these plants are easily found and you can add them to your home to provide yourself and your family with air that is much purer and free from harmful agents. Amongst many, we recommend Boston Fern, Money Plants, Peace Lily & Sansevieria plants due to low maintenance and a fresh outlook it brings to your space.

2) Dream Catchers :

Almost all dream catchers are hung right above the bed, in such a way that the sunlight falls directly at it. The explanation behind this setup is that the negative dreams that are stuck in a dream catcher expire as soon as the first rays of the sun struck them. It is believed that the centre of the dream catcher, which is like a spider web, holds all the nightmares and negativity in it (just like insects get stuck in a spider web) and let go of all positive dreams and thoughts through the gliding down feathers to the sleeping person below.

3) Suncatchers :

Suncatchers are beautifully designed items made out of original stained glass. If you have light pouring in from a window, there is nothing better than to hang some suncatchers and watch them turn your room into a bright colorful one. Their intricacy, finish & texture adds to the overall look and are an absolute must haves! Coming in a range of shapes, our favourites are the 3D birds & 2D Butterflies.

4) Terrariums :

An eco-system in itself, a terrarium is a lush mini world bringing nature to your urban home. Gorgeous to look at and incredibly easy to maintain, a terrarium adds uniqueness to your home decor! Create your own mini garden/jungle in your room and let it amaze you everyday with it's freshness and exotic beauty!
