Hibiscus in blooming stage needs daily watering.Make sure your pot contains a drainage hole in it. In winters, cut down on the watering as too much water can kill it too. Only water it in winter when the soil gets dry.  Fertilise it in summers during the blooming period, once a week or once in 2 week.
